Responsibilities :
- Estimate residential construction projects accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
- Evaluate and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain and update a cost database for residential construction projects.
- Review and track project costs to ensure budgets are met.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in residential construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
